Estimates and quotes

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on a visual inspection. Any figures shown on this website are examples only and are not a quote. Pricing, scope, and timelines are confirmed only in a written, signed agreement. Conditions discovered during work (such as hidden decking damage) may change the final scope and cost.

Insurance claims and deductibles

We are happy to help document damage and work with your insurance carrier. By Texas law, the property owner is responsible for paying their insurance deductible. We do not, and cannot lawfully, waive, rebate, or pay your deductible on your behalf, and we encourage you to be cautious of any contractor who offers to do so. We make no guarantee that any particular claim will be approved by your insurer.

Workmanship warranty

Installations include our workmanship warranty as described in your signed agreement. Manufacturer material warranties are provided by the product manufacturer and are subject to their terms. Warranty coverage requires that the roof be maintained and not altered by others.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, reasonable access to the property, and timely decisions so we can complete the work safely and on schedule.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Copperline Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
